Spring '22, New Orleans, Birthday, Seed sowing

Winter sowing / Spring snowing

Larry had his piano tuned

When I ask Larry to pick up eggs while he's running errands

Enjoyed a tour of Sun Studios in Memphis

Driving into New Orleans, like a Lucinda Williams song.

Enjoyed morning coffee in the courtyard at Terrell House Inn

Our room was quaint

Kitties in the courtyard

Tree of Life
250 year old Live Oak in Audobon Park New Orleans

Enjoyed the New Orleans Botanical Gardens

And Greenwood Cemetary

And ice cream on Magazine Street
Larry all decked out to be Flower Man. I helped him with the ensemble, and he was the hit of the wedding

Jonah and groomsmen

Jonah and Emma's dog was also in the wedding. His teefs.

Wendy and Michael joined from L.A. We enjoyed New Orleans Quarter Fest in their company

And he got me a pitchfork!

They are so beautiful

This is the prettiest bouquet he ever gave me!

Killing turf and making room for flowers and veggies!

Columbine and allium are the first flowers of the season

Prepping mistakes.Shouldn't have used the cardboard afterall.

Making chive blossom vinegar

chamomile

Neighbor's cat Holly sometimes came to visit me.
She was a special kitty.

I dug up the old crappy hot tub bed (original owner had a hot tub but took it with him and left this eyesore) after twenty some years and planted flowers. A little patio flower patch.

Impromptu dinner at Ralf and Jim's looks like this.

A little out of order. We stayed a night in Memphis (I lived here in the late 90s). We enjoyed some lives blues music at King's Palace.

Winter/Spring 2022

Bundling up for a walk in the snow

Larry brought home some Opland Aquavit from the cruise.

I went to see my mom for her birthday. They were out Friday night, so I cat-sat Squeaky--or rather, she "cat sat" on my book!

I gave a book to my dad some time in the 90s--"Dad, Tell Me Your Story." He finally filled it out 25 years later! I loved it!

Valentine's dinner was homemade breadsticks and homemade spaghetti and meatballs with sauce made from my tomatoes.

Larry gave me a beautiful bouquet

Larry went to Florida to see his friend and Barb and Deb. He brought back five (mini) Publix Key Lime Pies. Oh YUM

Winter sowing project. Went okay, not great, most likely from the stupid dirt I bought from Lowe's that was mostly mulch.

Seeds from the library

Spring emerges at Eagle Creek

Seed starting Indoors

And winter sowing

Started some beautiful flowers
